Sturdy Reliable Drill
Perfect for making holes in miniatures. Easy use with three drill bits of different sizes. Quite a nice bit of kit that feels generally well made. Would definitely recommend for the price.

Best miniature drill bits Iโve ever used
Best drill bits for miniatures I have ever bought. These are really sharp at the tip so you donโt even need to bore a starter hole, just place the drill bit and twist & you get a perfect drill hole, superb for drilling Warhammer Space Marine Bolters.

More than just a model drill
This is an awesome bit of kit for drilling into and then extracting barrel jack connectors that have been snapped off into electronic devices. I've used it twice now and it's worked flawlessly.

Fiddly, but effective
I got this for drilling gun barrels so I don't get chased off the internet with torches and pitchforks (hahaha). It's a neat little thing, but a bit fiddly due to the fact that while the parts that hold the different sized drillbits have a home inside the body, the drillbits live in a tiny little container that's potentially easy to lose. Changing bits is a bit of a faff, since you'll need to pull out the little brass part that holds the bit, and replace that as well as the bit itself. It can be a little hard to line up the drill with the centre of a gun barrel, and it tends to always look like it's off to the side a bit when it's in the centre at first, making me instinctively want to shift it a bit, so I recommend making a little guide hole first. It comes with three bits as standard. To use 40k guns for reference, the smallest one is good for weapons around the size of lasguns (so as a Space Marine player, I've only used it on my Krieg Kill Team) the medium-sized one is a good size for bolt-weapons and Ork sluggas, and then the big one is decent for stuff like lascannons and other big heavy things. It's a teeny bit smaller than I'd like for the job, but not bad. Using the drill is quite pleasant once you get used to the technique. Brace the end cap against your palm so it can spin freely, and then simply turn the body of the drill like you're turning a volume knob. It takes longer than using an electric drill like a wowstick, but with a little patience, you'll get nice, neat holes.

One of the best tools I've bought..
What a brilliant little tool. I use it for pilot holes to seat track fixing pins in, before using a pin pusher to fix them. The drill comes with a couple of different sized bits. The large one was useful for pilot holes for tiny screws to fasten surface mount point motors. For tiny detail work this is ideal and saves a huge amount of time.

A quality tool
Solidly built and with a very good rotating section, this is a really nice quality tool. It comes with a selection of collets (inside the body) and a small spanner to tighten and loosen them to hold drill bits securely, along with a small selection of bits.

Works for a reasonable price
Bought for adding barrels to my warhammer minitures, bought after reading the reviews that it was better than the citadel brand drill at half the cost, works well enough for light work with a casual hobbyist.

Ok, but collets brittle.
Nice vise, but the brass collets are too soft and breakable.

I initially bought a cheap hand drill here on amazon that came with a drill bit set for like $8. Theres a few of these on Amazon, its black. The drill bits worked ok except for the smallest 2, and the hand drill was almost good, the chuck worked well but the top part that you press your hand against didn't rotate freely and felt like total garbage making drilling painful and difficult. I got the Army Painter one and played with it for about 30 minutes and this is certainly a top quality had drill. It's really nice. Theres an actual ball bearing in the hand rest and it rotates like a dream under pressure. The 3 drill bits it came with are nice and sharp and the different chucks are really nice. Also I like how it comes with a little wrench to tighten down the bits really well. Overall this tool is a joy to use unlike the other one and I'm really glad I got it. It's not the cheapest but it is probably about the best one on the market and is still a reasonable price considering it should last a lifetime if properly cared for. Well see how well it holds up overtime but it looks like it should last quite well.

Magnifico, se le ve de muy buena calidad. El boliche trasero, que gira en tu palma parece que lleva un rodamiento super suave.
