Great item

Very nice quality! I'm using it almost exclusively for protein powder smoothies, so they're thick and have a fair amount of frozen fruit. My smoothie is done blending in maybe 30 seconds. Not too loud. Secures to the counter with suction cups.

Great blender and highly effective but the jug cracked with soup. Meant to be really good at withstanding temperatures. The gripe I have is in trying to contact Russell Hobbs for a replacement jug. The only way apparently is by waiting to be phoned (up to 48 hours!!) and giving card details over the phone, which I didn't want to do. So, just don't crack the jug!

Bad quality as I bought on line from Amazon website it worked for about ten times and it stop working suddenly , I have ben mugged by Amazon and this brand ( Russel Hobbs ); i tried to contact them via them web site but not respond from them . Just let you know that to bought this blender on mars 2025 and stop working in June 2025 it been used for about 10 times only I will not recommend to any one to buy it No customer service at all

Why did you choose this product over others?: Amazon was very good at replacing my first item as it was missing the jug lid. This jug blender is excellent and very good quality, I'm very happy that I can use it to crush ice. Just make sure you tight well the part at the bottom, bcos I saw the other reviews about leaking, but it's not the case. Value for money: It is worth to pay a bit more, and last longer. (although this one was in sale) Durability: It is a good quality product

I am so pleased with this blender. It is really sturdy and remains in place on the worktop without sliding. The glass jug is quite heavy but it's great as not thin and plastic. It is easy to clean and the glass jug removes with a quick turn, easily after use. I am so pleased with this that I have kept it on my worktop instead of putting it in a cupboard with other items.

I've owned this for about a year now. This blender is powerful, sturdy and blends everything I need it to. I use it once or twice a week. However, given the opportunity to go back in time I would not purchase this again. There is a recessed part in the bottom of the jug which fits into the plastic base. This easily fills with small pieces such as seeds from fruit if you're making a smoothie. The jar must be rinsed immediately to avoid these becoming stuck, and it's so narrow you'll probably still have to run a knife around it to dislodge everything. If you don't manage to get everything out (very possible as it's so fiddly) it could be quite unhygienic. Another aspect of this has design us that there is a gap outside between the jug and plastic base - there seems to be no way to detach this and therefore another area that is impossible to clean. Not so bad as it's ok the outside, but it looks nasty. The window in the lid has a bad seal - if you're blending anything around 1 litre or more it will leak a bit here.

I use it usually with tomatoes, it’s very good and the build quality is pretty good. Only two problems: 1- it’s very loud and noisy. 2- a UK adapter will be needed as it came with UK socket.

Apparently good brand , but the blender jug broke while in use. Bad customer service, and hard to get in contact with.
