I love my mannequin head down!! I only wish I had put a protective covering over it to protect from hair dye.

This is very good quality! You have to find a good place to attach it because it has to have a ledge if you want to use it for cutting , styling or thinning your wig

It's very tough, made with wood (will cork), and heavy. It's solid and the mannequin is all one piece without any squishiness (meaning lumpy in any areas like those cheap ones). This will be something that you can use professionally and/or for wig making (no reservations at all). You have the bottom hole for the tripod wig table stand, so it's easy to mount on (as I've tired it without any issues). The sizes are accurate, as it measured exactly the same size I ordered. I would make sure you know your actually head measurements for the most accurate fit. You can take your wig off and know it will lay the same way as on the mannequin. Also NO funny Smells whatsoever. FYI: Size 21.5 + 22 is usually the "regular sizes" most synthetic and stock wigs come in but that doesn't necessarily mean that is YOUR head size (mine is 23, and no calling me big head LOL). So I would look up on Youtube how to measure your head for a custom wig and order YOUR true size. I hope this helps :)
