High quality B complex! Helpful for MTHFR gene mutation. Great product

I’ve been taking this for almost a yr or maybe 9 mos per my Dr. it has been confusing at times as I fill a weekly box with my supplimants for each day as I take quite a few. I’ve noticed that the capsules turn really dark after being in the box. At first I was sure it was turmeric as I had filled capsules with turmeric and I’m afraid I may have thrown some away which this are way to pricy to throw away. I’ve just recently realized they are changing colors as I knew absolutely I did not put the wrong thing in. I wish the manufacturer would address this as to wheather it affects the potency. Surely it doesn’t. Either way just a heads up that they will change from light to a dark burnt Orange. As long as mine are in the original bottle they stay same. Otherwise I have no complaints.

I starting taking this after getting some (SpectraCell) testing done that said I was deficient in the various B vitamins and I had the MTHFR genetic defect that prevents methylation. I felt like crap for the last decade and my usual doctors weren't of any help. I eat very healthy and eat very well too as I thought that would make me better. I won't go into details but I always knew something was wrong and nothing else worked. Anyway, so i read about methyl folate and methylation, MTHFR etc. and I get this to start to "fix"it. Immediately I felt FAR worse than I ever did before. Headaches, brain fog, extreme fatigue. So I stopped taking it and I go back to the sites and learn this is normal reaction. So then I read you should boost your other B vitamins first without the methyl folate or b12 and then add this back in. So I did with a product called B Minus for about 2 months then I added this product back in. Now 2 months in to taking this I feel like I'm finally waking up and getting more energy and I feel fantastic. No side effects. And a lot of my old symptoms are gone or fading away. I held off writing a review b/c I've been so disappointed after taking so many supplements over the years but this one seems to be actually working. It can take 6 -12 months to see full results and get your levels back to where they should be so I can't imagine how I'll feel by then. I'm going to retest through Spectracell in 6 months and see where my levels are at. If you're not familiar with Spectracell, look into it. Most regular doctors won't have it and it's not covered under insurance. I actually went to a nutritionist to get it done. It's the best decision I've ever made for my health. I'm just sad that it took me so long to find the answers. Good luck to you.
