Monopoly The Simpsons Edition

This is an excellent game since it’s monopoly and Simpsons themed. I purchased the newer Simpsons Monopoly game “based on the Fox series” as well. I have an extensive Simpsons collection of all things Simpsons, so this is an excellent addition. I started watching the Simpsons when it was apart of the Tracey Ullman show, then moved on to the full animated series in 1989. Now, I watch the show with my son, who is also a die-hard fan. Amazing the show is still on the air! Great game, highly recommended to those of us who know the Simpsons Universe almost as well as our own. Get this before it can no longer be found. Great for collectors and monopoly players alike!

I ordered this as an alternative to the old standard edition of Monopoly, hoping it would lend a fresh take on the game and in my opninion it came through. The properties bought and sold are all Springfield locations, and the Chance and Community Chest cards and illustrations are a hoot to read. Like any Monopoly game, it can take a long time to crown a winner, but for some reason playing this version, I don't mind half as much. My only gripe would be that it doesn't seem you get enough houses or hotels. With only two people playing, you run out of houses before every property has enough to start buying hotels. My guess is they want you to order more peices, but we have been content to just substitute other things in for the lacking houses. All in all, I feel it is a great game for the money. Pewter pieces, a nice change of scenery on the board, and long lasting entertainment.

I ordered this as the kids are now old enough to appreciate both the Simpsons and Monopoly. It still takes a while go through the game (standard rules), doesn't feel like the time is dragging with this version.

What a fun version of Monopoly to play!! From the artwork of the board to the art on the property cards, everything is done very well! Be aware though: in this version, properties are called “Monorail Stops” and while the game has houses & hotels to put on your property, the game does not call them that. Houses are “Monorail Stops” & hotels are “Monorail Stations”. Of course the instructions NEVER mention this! 🙄

We wanted a full monopoly game (had just gotten the junior for christmas and the whole game didn't last long...had to keep starting over).....and also wanted a twist, but not sure which kind. Wanted a forever game, a little different, but something we were all attracted to. Along comes The Simpson's monopoly. It's a perfect fit for us. Fun, game goes on and on (and on and on), there's the learning (money counting, etc.) for the ones who need it, and there's also The Simpsons to make you laugh! We love it. The game is very durable and is almost identical to the original monopoly. It also came in very fast! Oh, and we found this same game in a store in the mall and it cost almost double! What more can I say? Enjoy!

Love the game because I’m a big simpson fan but the jebidiah token is missing from the bag. Sucks because I paid about 80 dollars for the game. Other than that, the game is really cool.

WHEN I WAS 7, MY MOM BOUGHT ME THIS AMAZING GAME, I PLAYED ABOUT 4 YEARS TILL MY MOM TROUGH IT TO THE TRASH BECAUSE MI CAT PI ON THE GAME, I LOOKED FOR THE GAME 8 YEARS, NOW I'M 19 AND I FOUND IT AND BUY IT ON JAN 8th, I LIVE IN MEX, SO I HAD TO SEND IT TO DAYTON, OHIO TO MY FAMILY, TODAY MY GRANDMOTHER TOLD ME THAT MY GAME ARRIVED, Tomorrow she will send it to me. I'm so happy I can't wait to have it here.

The product came wrapped in plastic Wrap and when I opened the game there was NO Board at all just a bunch of pieces and cash all over it was a disaster. How do you not put the f***ing board inside? Alsoo I will be returning it the EXACTLY how I received

Viene super completo y no presenta daños, contiene todo. El único pero que le podría es que no es el mismo al anunciado en la publicación y los tokens son plateados pero... Creo es lo de menos. Me encanto!!!

La verdad viene súper bien y no se tarda nada en llegar, muy buen producto
