Need to make fine cuts in aluminum angle. Has to be neat. Can this do that?

To cut aluminum we would highly suggest using our 7" aluminum steel blade (7BLADEAL) along with an additional clamp and cutting wax.

Can a larger blade be used. 8 inch perhaps?

No, an 8” blade cannot be used.
