Nice case, great tolerances, clearly written instructions
Layered acrylic cases seem to be a dime a dozen these days - everyone is making one, and not everyone is making them well. They put together loose and sloppy, and are hard to get lined up tight with clean edges. That's not the case here. This case was clearly well thought out from bottom to top - each layer is precisely molded to the components on the Raspberry Pi 4 to ensure a great stack. This definitely means you aren't going to get a Raspberry Pi 3 into this case, but it also means you are almost guaranteed to get super clean looking edges once your stack is complete. The fan is very quiet, even on 5V. I tried switching it to 3.3V, and I honestly couldn't hear a thing unless I put it up to my ear to listen. The two videos attached barely have the fan audible - this was the best I could capture! Keep in mind that the video was shot about six inches from the Raspberry Pi in an attempt to pick up audio. At a more reasonable distance, you cannot hear the fan at either 5V, or 3.3V. The pictures attached show the unboxing, and various stages of the build process from start to finish. The good: - It looks amazing, seriously. This is about the best looking layered case I've put together. - The included heatsinks and power supply make this case go from a good deal to a great deal... you're not going to need to add anything except an SD card, a micro HDMI cable, a keyboard and a mouse to get up and running. The neutral: - Pay attention to the (fantastic) instructions. Don't get ahead thinking you need to install the heatsinks first. These instructions really are clear about when you need to do what. If you've done this many time before, you'll be tempted to just "wing it". You may end up installing heatsinks in a way that will make the layers not line up. - The wires on the included power supply seem a bit thin, but it's only carrying 5V @ 3A, and it IS marked as UL listed... so they must be correctly. For reference, The wire on the official Raspberry Pi power supply is about 3x thicker. The bad: - I had no bad experiences with this kit, I am really happy with my purchase. Verdict: Highly recommend. As soon as I buy another Raspberry Pi 4, I'll be buying another case - guaranteed!

Great Little Case
This is a great little case. I didn't pay much attention to what I ordered, honestly - it was a Pi4 case and it came with power, so it was an impulse buy so I could start using my Pi safely. Nobody will really see it once deployed. That said, when it came it, I was pleasantly surprised. The case isn't a two-piece case - it's actually a series of stacked plastic parts each precision cut for its place in the case with the 4 corner screws holding it all together. The Pi isn't mounted anywhere - it just fits in it's strategic spot and doesn't move once it's assembled. The fan comes with instructions to hook it up two ways - to 3v or 5v for whichever speed is desired. I built mine with the 3V and it's pretty quiet. From 1ft away, I don't hear it. The heat sinks fit perfectly. There are feet and nuts from the assembly bolts so there's space and wall-mount holes - it'll stand off the wall roughly 1/4" so airflow will be good. The power supply works with what I assume is one of the early Pi4's that probably has the power issue (early Pi4s report incorrectly to some USBC power supplies and won't work). All in all, no issues and I'm happy with my purchase... and bonus, it does look great too!

A good case with good accessories, but be careful assembling
Overall, both the case and the included accessories are good quality, and they look great too. The electric blue heatsinks really pop and give some nice color and contrast to the rest of the Pi. The instructions are pretty clear, but there are some things to watch out for when assembling the case. Since this is a multi-layered case, it will take longer to assemble than other simpler styles of cases If you're after the aesthetics of a layered case, though, it's worthwhile. The 2nd and 3rd layers from the bottom are thin at certain parts, and could snap if you aren't gentle with them. Also, it's best if the fan is installed with the wires coming out of the corner near the USB-C port, so they don't interfere with the closure of the case when plugged in. I read a review that said someone had issues plugging their micro-HDMI cable into the Pi in the case, but I had no such trouble. There were an extra 1-2mm before the connector rubber would have touched the case. I can't see any micro-HDMI cable being an issue unless it has excessively thick rubber around the connector, or if its connector is sunken into the rubber too far, neither of which should be a worry with a quality cable. The power supply provided power with no problem, despite the Pi 4's notorious compatibility issues. Aside from the fan wires and the fragile 2 case layers, this was a 5 star case.

A novice experience
This is a great case for a Raspberry Pi. The fit was perfect, it was easy to put together and it looks great too. Since I’m new to the Pi experience I have a lot to learn but I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Nice case, kind of annoying to put together
The fan is quiet, and the overall look is good with holes for the GPIO and the camera ribbon, as well as easy access to the SD card. The overall fit is good as well around the pi 4. The power supply works well and the on-off switch is really nice to have. Of the whole thing, the only part that I didn't like was the assembly. This is several layers of plastic that stack, which works for the job, but they move independently when trying to get it all together, which makes getting the screws in and it together kind of annoying. Once you have it together there is no more issue...unless you need to open it to change/add a ribbon for the camera. Still, for the most part, I like it.

The Lexus of Pi cases
I have purchased 5 Miuzei cases for RPi - 4 for the Pi 3 model and this is the first one for the new Pi 4. After the first arrived, I was sold; Miuzei is the only case I now want. I like the "lamination" style of assembly. It makes a case super sturdy. Although I don't recommend that you do this, you can literally stand on top of the case. The material appears to be high-quality acrylic sheets that are precision cut, not a cheap molded plastic like you get with some of the kits. I also like that the power supply has an on-off switch - something not available with other brands. Miuzei also provides 3 heat sinks - other brands only give you 2. However, assembly does take a bit of time to get it right. The YouTube video provided by Miuzei is very helpful. I highly recommend that you follow it carefully - stopping the video at key points to check your construction as you go. One reviewer complained that the mini HDMI ports were blocked - I did not have this problem - it is important to check your construction for proper assembly. There are 9 layers and if you get one layer reversed or out of proper order, you will have a problem. Done right, it works as it should. It is the Lexus of Pi cases but built like a tank.
