LIGHTER LEASH Premium Clip 3 Pack Review: Great Item ! - Great Item ! Review: Very handy and may have saved my marriage 😆 - For REAL, yo. My husband is the absolute WORST about pocketing lighters. It’s like a compulsion that he seemingly has no control over. After 26 YEARS of marriage… I’d finally reeeeeally started losing it. I’m admittedly a bit OCD and I keep my belongings in the same place, always returned, etc. He is the OPPOSITE. Nothing ever goes back where it belongs, nothing is ever in the same place twice. I’d have my lighter(s) in the same place ALL DAY but they’d be GONE within minutes of him getting home. Then he’d be out on the property, well out of range, so I’d dig some matches out. Come back a few minutes later and the damn matches would be gone, too. It’s maddening. Please believe me, folks, when I tell you that I TRIED EVERYTHING. I’d buy a 6-pack of lighters, give him FOUR of them but still find mine missing. I’d hide them, he’d find them. Yup, he’d have six lighters in his pockets. Unbelievable. The other day, I finally lost my mind. I went to desertcart and I ordered these, but honestly, I didn’t even have that much hope because 1) I had very little faith that he would adopt clipping this on every day as part of his routine and 2) I wasn’t sure it would matter even if he did remember to put it on every day. But OMG… it comes in a set of 3. One for his belt, one for my purse and I attached one to a hook on the front porch. People… marriage SAVED! 😆 It’s been over a week and he has never once forgotten to grab his handy new lasso lighter AND, more importantly, I have not had to pull my hair out and bang my head against the wall when I find myself without. Not once in over a week. It’s marital bliss. Lmao. Oh… and FYI: there are seemingly two different types of this product: one that is designed for a keychain and has a short leash. And another type that is designed for a belt loop and has a Long leash. This is the latter. Plenty long enough to never have to worry about it. They don’t always show the length or make it obvious in the description so I almost ordered the wrong type. But I knew a keychain one would not work. I needed something long enough for him to attach to a belt loop and then forget about. I can’t exactly speak to durability because we haven’t had these for very long. But, three at this price… Who cares? That said tho, they do not feel flimsy, they always retract smoothly, they hold a standard Bic lighter very snug, no chance of falling out. Long review for such an inexpensive and simple product. Lmao. BUT if you have an absentminded spouse with deep pockets for lighters… lemme tell ya: if it works for MY husband, it’ll work for ANYONE! 😆

Thing is awesome. Rope string will snap with excessive use after 6 months or sooner if you're pulling and friction occurs with a winter jacket on while this is on you belt loop. I pull on it 100s of times a day to use my keys

Personally I use this product to hang from my rear-view mirror in my Jeep so while I'm driving there is always a lighter within reach! Since it was a 3 pack I also put 1 at my work bench and the 3rd ended up in the backseat of my Jeep for my passengers! We all enjoy it cuz we no longer need to pass lighters or dig for lighters.. And we dont steal each others lighters! Haha! Great product!

I don't smoke but my wife loves these things. She often shares her lighter with others and never gets it back so having it on a spring back leash like this is great. She even had a man complain that he couldn't steal her lighter.
