i got this faucet to replace the old one i got. works really good the new 360 degree rotation is useful. its very easy to install u just screw it in. theres no noise. the previous one i had from the same company lasted 8 years pretty good. that one used to leak but this one they fixed the leaking issue. it says stainless steel but its plastic coated with stainless steel. i got it again after 8 years so i would definitely get it again this was a great purchase

I’m so glad I purchased this. The maintenance man came and put it in and it’s working perfect I just love it there. Something happened with this one I’d buy another.

Not even 9 months later and it BROKE! Normal usage and the metal piece broke off the sprayer nozzle broke off the neck. But they tell you it’s new and improved, upgraded brass version tough and durable lasting 10 years. They are full of it! No one wants to purchase something that doesn’t last and waste there money. I do NOT recommend!

Rarely does an item meet my "ease of installation" standard. As you've probably noticed, so many things turn out to be a real hassle to install. "It's always something" is my usual motto when trying to get something to fit, attach or replace an existing component. Then once installed, often come the leak, drip, seal, fit issues that you have to deal with. Happily, I can honestly report that I didn't have any of those issues with this replacement nozzle. It took literally 4-5 minutes from unwrapping to installation completion. (I can't guarantee you'll have the same fit compatibility, but if you have a standard, threaded tap, it should be a breeze. ) I actually found myself looking for problems and expecting it to pop off for the first few days, but it's given me no problems whatsoever. I love the chrome look and the button to switch from stream to shower spray works flawlessly. Past nozzles I've had required you to twist them to switch the flow, so this was a definite upgrade. The only complaint I have is that while it does rotate 360 degrees, the angle doesn't provide a very wide arc for the water stream. I have a wide basin sink and this will rotate about 1/2 way around the basin, so I have to move the arm to get to the corners and the stream won't reach some places in the sink. A minor inconvenience when cleaning the basin as my last nozzle rotated wider and could spray to all sides when positioned in the middle of the sink. Otherwise, this has been great!

Device is easy to install, works efficiently, suggest using plumbing tape, instead of the washer supplied. I found the washer difficult to install

These in theory are perfect for low pressure faucets. They work wonderfully for a while, but the connector (to the faucet) is flimsy thin plastic & cheap, so it cracks after a couple of months use. Still not bad for the price, though.

Great product. My wife tells me she really likes the nozzle ant it's intuitive function. I am happy because she is happy 😀.

LOVE this! I hate the hoses! This enables me to easily spray when I need to and allows full coverage of my double sink. I replaced my kitchen faucet without the sprayer as I never used it due to the hose being such a hassle. This attachment allows me to have the very best of both worlds! I think this is probably one of the MUST HAVES for every kitchen!

Good kitchen sink faucet, for me gives me , seems to have more pressure, nice to be able to get around the whole sink easy u stall.

My basin area is wide and my tap is non rotatable so need to get a swivel sprout to clean the side of my basin. Only thing is I felt the angle of swivel could be wider. Otherwise it does the job.

Bad product. Attached it to the tap and ran the water and it literally came off, everything came off. Please do not buy this product. Attaching a photo of what happened after running water with the product on. Wish I took a video but didn’t think it would be this bad.
