Induces very deep Sleep which is dreamless. Concious sleep like inception movie in case of dreams and useful for 3rd eye activation with extra Haritaki for me. Affordable, no side effects, easy to use - just once before sleep, tasteless, so ingredients are perfect for good relaxed sleep. I couldn't sleep for 9-10 months in West Bengal so escaped to Puri Odisha to sleep and recover. Due to Concious sleep i was able to detect a plan against me in my present location which was planned from New Delhi India, lack of concious sleep, i wouldn't be able to detect it nor use Inception movie techniques to stop it and complain.

The melatonin tablet helps me feel calmer as I try to turn off at night. I choose the tablet form because there is no gummy taste. I wouldn't recommend going for this product because of the combination of l-theanine 200 mg with vitamin B1, B2, and B12. This is not a good combination because when you take it at night before sleep, the vitamin B12 blocks melatonin production and body gets confused, whether to sleep or to stay awake. Because of that I experienced sleepless nights for a couple of days.When that happened I researched and I found it's because of this B12. While l-theanine is known for stopping your overthinking and generating alpha waves so that you don't stress much and go for sleep, it doesn't work at night. I started taking it in the morning around 11 a.m. but again because of the high dose of 200 mg, it started giving me a bit of a headache and making me feel sleepy. I don't know but this is not the right combination and I am planning to switch back to healthify100 mg dose, which can be taken at night.This is my honest feedback on this. Hope it helps.

I really liked this product and it was the best for the price but the quality was also good and it tasted great and I did not notice any side effects and it is also easy to use.
