Really satisfying. Not too salty but not bland either. I didn't think I would like it just to sip (I usually cook with it) but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice and totally affordable.

Low protein content, very strong taste, too strong for me used as just a soup. Add to a noodle soup and it works when I use half of a packet. Expensive for such a small amount. Small packets are portable. If you like extra strong beef broth this is for you.
