Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Milk Powder, 25LB Bulk (Pack of 1)

I really like this whole milk powder. It has a long shelf life, which makes it convenient to keep on hand, and the taste is very similar to regular milk. It’s also easy to mix and doesn’t take much effort to prepare. Most importantly, unlike most coffee creamers on the market, its only ingredient is whole milk which is all I want. Overall, a great option to have when you want milk without having to worry about it spoiling quickly.

I don’t drink milk, so it tends to get old before I use it all up if i purchase it for a specific recipe. Having this on hand has been wonderful! I’ve made creamy casseroles with it as well as homemade biscuits. It’s so handy to have in the cupboard, and I’m sure I’ll be using it up before the product expires. It blends well with a hand blender. I like the "whole milk" idea, it gives recipes that richer flavor. (I don’t need to worry about calories - I burn enough of them just being active.) While it has the same smell as powdered milk I’ve used in the past, the finished recipes are wonderful! I’ll be a repeat buyer!

This makes great-tasting milk, but don't make too much at one time because the flavor goes really bad after a few days in the fridge.

Mixes pretty well and has a decent taste compared to other powdered milks. It does have the powdered milk taste slightly but not overwhelming. The reason for 4 stars is the cost and having the strange powdered milk taste. I have had other brands that you can not taste a difference.

Great milk! I normally buy powered milk to make my own instant hot cocoa. This milk worked well. It also dissolved pretty easily as well. The ingredients are just 100% whole milk with nothing else added to it. This milk is also pretty strong in taste. I used my regular measurements for my instant hot cocoa, and I tasted the milk a lot more than my usual powered milk that I usually buy. One thing I would recommend is trying it with your usual recipe how you would normally make it, then adjust if it comes out a little bit strong.

The milk is thick. Very slightly, shy in flavor, not as much as the Horizon brand. Need to follow the instructions to make a good cup of milk Tried reconstituting the milk and drinking it shortly after, It wasn't very good. You need to refrigerate it and drink it the next day, excellent.

Love the quality and convenience of these products. As a senior , facing health issues, I can’t always get out to the store . Having Hoosier Hill in my pantry is a life saver! I highly recommend this line .

This was a very nice milk powder which worked great when I made hot chocolate mix in a jar for family at Christmas time last year. It taste great, comes in nice storage container, and mixed in with hot water nicely! I did not try it with cold water but I’m sure it would mix in fine. It’s not big chunky pieces or anything. They are very small almost fine like a powder so would mix in fine. I’ll buy it again.
