Really helped falling asleep and with “hangziety”
Gentle sleep med and if you get coffee jitters or post -drinking jitters (“hangziety”), works for that too. For me, it works for both. Takes about 45 min to kick in and lasts about 4 hours. Supposedly, it takes a month to build up but I didn’t notice that for immediate use or long-term use. Just my personal experience. I will say that taking 2+ pills doesn’t enhance effects for me, at all.
