Review: Great tips and insight on the career! - I was expecting to receive in-depth information on how to do medical billing and coding. However, that is not what this book is about. I blame myself for that because I purchased this book just by looking at the title. However, this book is an amazing guide on how to get started in your career and how to navigate the ins and outs. Itโs sort of like youโre talking to a mentor. Even though this book was not what I thought it would be, it contains some awesome information. Review: Great! - I was learning how to code and this was perfect. It taught me so much and would recommend it for anyone trying to learn how to code.

Helpful book in several ways
I found this book to be a helpful augment to my CPC exam studies and it also gave me a broad range of information such as career choice advantages and disadvantages, regulatory information not found in my CPT/ICD10/HCPS books and more. It is well written, easy to understand, and I'm glad I bought it.

Sober Look at Medical Billing Careers
A great read if you are considering going into the medial billing and coding field. It really helps to outline the requirements, demands, challenges and benefits of both types of medical support careers. It helped me identify which direction would work best for my personal career goals. Really helpful how the author outlined the reality of what it takes to be able to work from home as a medical billing specialist. I didn't realize how much time needs to be put in at a medical office before most facilities will employ you remotely. Good advice and many different resources for additional information was included.

Really good for a beginner
Good info for a beginner pretty basic though if you have been doing any coding or billing for a bit this may just be things you already know but use to read and understand if you don't know anything about billing and coding..it if pry more helpful for billing than coding learning wise

Not about the codes.
Imaybe I wasnโt clear on what I wanted, but this was about how to be a coder and I was looking for the codes that I need to use as a nurse practitioner. So.... waste of money
