Vanilla Paste is a Baker's MUST
Love this stuff! Takes great, smells wonderful and it a baker's must. The quality is very good and provides a smooth vanilla flavor without it being too intense. It is thick but blends well into recipes. The 16 oz bottle was priced well for the quantity ounces. The texture was good.

Price per oz. is on the lower side of premium paste, but the flavor punches well above that. We have used it to make yogurt, in our baking and everything in between, and like it better than another "premium" paste that we paid way too much for in the past (and had no complaints about). This is now our go-to

Good Vanilla Bean Paste
Cook's is a good vanilla bean paste. A little on the liquidy side and the alcohol slightly overpowers the vanilla flavor.
