OK you don't expect real gold plated hi fi finish at this price level. You DO expect the item to be at least fit for purpose. 3 Neg post holders snapped off after positioning them.You have to solder the Negative as there's no Screw unit fitted.You may as well solder the Positive as the tiny screw s are , 'one trip' and the thread fails on 2nd attempt. 1☆rating,reluctantly.Karl O'Neill.

Simple to use and work well enough - I would take solderless with a pinch of salt though as the screws which hold the cables down aren't particuarly strong, I ended up soldering on top of a few of the crimps just to get a more secure connection.

Metal breaks. Signal shorts to ground. Buy another.

I've been working in HiFi scene over 10 years. Making up cables on a regular basis. I've used 6 plugs so far with 3 of them giving me issues with signal passthrough. Just really poor quality. Cannot understand how it gets such good star rating

Try to screw in cable and by the time it grips the screw falls out, think the screw gets cross threaded. Tried to solder instead but conductor fittings to close together. Cant be bothered sending them back. £10 down the drain. my advice only order these if cable no thicker than bellwire.
