I don’t have much strength in my hands. Will it be difficult for me to adjust and fold up?

It’s easy, just practice how to adjust and fold

Is this suitable for someone who is 4’10?

This is adjustable from 43 to 49 inches. I use it at 43 inches as a walking stick/cane. I am 5' 10. Get something that is 43 inches long and see if that's too high for you.

How do you extend the pole to 49 inches

To extend the pole, you adjust the height with the knob near the top. It is easily adjustable.

Does this pole have a shock absorber spring inside?

No, it does not have absorbed shock inside, just foldable and compact
