Pico foot is not working properly

I ordered this product from Amazon. This rolled hem is not able to roll the cloth properly. I have been using usha machine since many years. I do have experience in using pico foot. The cloth is not adjusting into the pico foot and when I try to stitch, it is giving a normal zigzag stitch without rolling the edge of the cloth. I am disappointed with this. I just want to return the product.
