Can I wear mp3 player ear plugs under it without squashing them in my ears

I’m not sure I wear silicone ear plugs which are squashed flat. It would depend on how big they are. I don’t even wear earrings as the cap is a good fit.

Dear Customer thank you for your interest in our 3D Ear Protection Swim Cap. For your information, there is no additional pad in the swim cap.
