Paynes Grey is so gorgeous
I've yet to meet a Paynes Grey I don't love and this is no exception. Holbein is a fantastic and consistent brand that plays well with others. Always a great price (check out their opera rose.it's on sale for $8 while supplies last..just saying).

My favourite Payne's Grey!
I don't necessarily have a favourite brand (I do have a lot of Daniel Smith, but also Winsor and Newton, Holbein, QOR, White Nights...), but some have lovelier convenience colours than others, and Holbein excels with this one. It's just... Perfect.

Cheaper and professional watercolor paints than the prevailing most popular brand.
Cost is much cheaper, and they are very pigmented, bendable, and I have become a fan of Holbein for a few months now. The colors are outstanding!

My favorite Payne’s Grey.
Of all the paint brands, this is my favorite Payne’s Grey, and along with Holbein’s Burnt Sienna, the two used together create a poetry of color in my artwork. My shipment was delayed, and didn’t arrive for almost a week, but that was on Amazon. My paint tube arrived in perfect condition when it finally showed up. I have refilled all my working paint palletes and am ready to create!

Love this paint!
This is the first time I have tried this brand and I am very pleased. Rewets beautifully and moves just how I like on the paper. Dries nicely in my palette. The color is just what I expected.

This has become my go-to brand in professional watercolor. Beautiful quality pigments. I love the Paynes Gray. Makes perfect monotone paintings. Great for adding shading. Can be used as black when less diluted. Came quickly and no issues with packaging.

Holbein watercolor
Holbein watercolor is one of the best wc I ever used. So far I was never dissapointed with them. Always highly pigmentes, so you just need tiny bit for your painting.
