There are 2 OFF position for the dial, and depending on its initial positionthe readings are different. This is not reliable !! No wonder this is cheap !!

My eyes aren't as good as they use to be, so need a device to judge, the different capacity of different caps. And when you start talking surface mount, this is my go tool. It's right there with my volt meter. Don't know how I ever got along without it. Delivery was quick too.
