Affordable, not cheap.
Day one review (will be updating as time goes). I ordered these after seeing a good number of YouTube reviews (shout out to dankpods), expecting them to sound as cheap as their price. But holy sh*t was I surprised the first time I hit play. It's been so long since I've had proper earbuds/headphones, that I forgot all the small sounds that's in some of my favorite music. These things are simply great for the price. They most certainly aren't as good as something that cost $500 (USD), but they're $50 and SOUND like something I spent $150 or more on. Lows are low, but not over done (looking at you Skullcandy, you bassy af sobs). The highs are crisp, nearing sparkly, but again, not over done. The mids are clear, if a little soft as compared to the lows and highs, but still perfectly fine. They aren't "reference" sound quality, but well tuned with a "soft V" sort of curve, nothing overpowers and drowns out another frequency range. They can go loud AF (my pair Ohmed out at around 28ฮฉ with the cord, so be mindful of your previously used volume level when hitting play for the first time), pretty sure you can drive these with a potato, much less a phone. The buds bodies do have a good bit of "air" in them, which gives a wider more open sound quality to them, but it also let's in a bit of outside noise. These things are shockingly comfortable. They're heavy, but not fatiguing. The tips it comes with (four different sizes, all the same "style") are serviceable for my ears and their shape, but some folks may want to get some "aftermarket" tips (lots of great companies out there for tips, you'll just have to shop around if the provided tips aren't for you). Packaging is simple, and clean. If you're into keeping boxes/packaging, there's just two super small and thin plastic bags to throw out (one that the cable comes in, and one that the extra tips come in). The user guide is a bit "chinglish" (English is NOT the manufacturers native language, so 1000% pass as English is freaking hard), but more than understandable enough to get the job done. It's short, to the point, and with an absolute minimal amount of fluff and wank (I'm willing to bet the little bit of fluff and wank in the guid is more from translation errors, than actual fluff and wank, unlike Samsung's user guides). My pair of ZS10 Pros came with the old cable (brown, right angle [90ยฐ] 3.5mm jack) which is a bit of a shame, but using up new-old stock instead of throwing them in the trash is actually a pro in my book, not a con (I'll just order the updated cable and keep the one it came with as a backup). The inline mic/remote on this particular cable feels quite cheap and terrible, but that's one of the things that got addressed with the newer cables from my understanding. The mic quality is legitimately really good though. Overall, these things are great and the very definition of "Affordable, not cheap".

Great purchase
Received these ear monitor headphones 5 days ago. Great purchase and they worked flawlessly out of the box. Fantastic sound and mic was crisp. Replaced my over the ear headphones with these. No more uncomfortable headphone squeeze or headaches. I recommend the in ear headphones.

Bad cables and fit ruin an otherwise good earbud
Update: replaced the cables, and the crackling stopped. The hiss, however, was still present, which tells me it's the earbuds themselves and not the cable. Also, after trying these things for a week, they are incredibly uncomfortable. The added weight from the metal makes them twist and sag in your ear which places a lot of pressure on your outer ear cartilage. It's a shame, because aside from the hiss, I love the sound, but my aching ears tell me it's not worth it. The sound of the earbuds themselves is great. Deep, clear bass, sharp highs that aren't harsh, and good passive noise canceling with a good seal. However...there is a persistent hiss that is VERY distracting, and the cable doesn't make a tight fit in 3.5mm jacks, so there is intermittent contact resulting in crackling audio. I am going to replace the cables and will update the review accordingly.

KZ shocked me again.
I was using KZ ZS10 (non-pro ver.) about a year. It's tone gave me so much satisfaction, So I even bought a 8-core silver plated custom cable for my KZ ZS10. But it gave pain to my ear because It didn't fit well to my ear. Anyway, I washed it with my jeans so I had to buy a new earphone. Finally ZS10 pro showed up. I decided to try a new version of KZ ZS10 (ZS10 pro). And here is my opinion, 1) It sounds really bigger than the older one. I use this earphone with earstudio ES100. I used the older one with -37db, but now with this earphone my volume is only -45db. But sounds really clearly. 2) 4BA+1DD tuned really well. It's tone got arranged very similar with the older one, but gives more details when I listen Daft Punk - Give Life Back to Music. I always try new ear-stuffs with this song. 3) Apart from everything else, The feeling of wearing has improved tremendously. As a result, time spent using other earphones has decreased since buying this product. I totally recommend this even if you don't consider the price.

Great vocals/mids, otherwise just OK imo
These are definitely decent and do deliver on the vocals, but I find they aren't quite as loud as the "Pro" and aren't as balanced on the Highs.... They might be good for something like watching a movie where vocals are most important....

Good Noise, Bad Connector
Have had these for for a few months now. Pretty good sound, but only a little better than my $25 Skull Candy buds. I got these because of the wide shape so I can wear to bed. Works okay to keep from jamming into the ear too much for me. However, my Skull Candy buds block out more noise than these. The ear pieces are mostly hollow so they allow outside noise to penetrate the casing. The connector is the biggest issue. Doesn't stay in phone jack (any, Samsung & Iphone) and easily disconnects, so forget moving around like during a work out. Not for sports which is a real bummer since I wanted to take them skiing. Not a chance they'll stay connected when just walking they disengage just enough to disconnect. It's the length of the insert is just a micron too short to stay engaged when moving and/or the shallow part is misaligned with standard jacks and slips out just a bit. Very annoying. If you're looking at this for an alternative, pass and move on to the next one.

Excellent IEMs all round. Fun sound, great isolation.
Another excellent IEM from KZ. Great sound quality with defined highs, mids, and lows. I use mine for many different genres of music as well as for gaming, and the clarity is great. The sound isolation is stunning. I can hear loud machine noises (like HVAC), but not medium volume talking, walking, water flowing, traffic, etc. The shape is extremely comfortable to me, and the design is very pleasing. The detachable cables are extremely nice. I got these after the Shure215s. I honestly Far prefer these in every respect (I'm not an audiophile, and I prefer a V shaped sound signature). Sound is much more fun on these, and build quality and sound isolation feels nicer too. Being nearly half the price of the 215 is also pretty nice. I also owned the old KZ ZSN as well (which I absolutely love) , and I must say that these are an upgrade in all factors from the ZSN in terms of sound quality, the price difference in well justified. I just wish they still had teal as an option for the colour

Clear Sound
I was looking for a replacement for my original LG iem (Quad beat or Quad Play? )supplied with V30 Plus as one side of the ear bud started giving problem with feeble sound. That LG iem was a great and unique one with EXCEPTIONAL sound quality which I regularly used for listening blues genre music streaming from HD Radio & Blue Radio stations directly, using manually entered codecs in Neutron Music App. With LG V30Plus, one can enjoy 24bit, 48 or 44.1kHz quality with Neutron App and it was a great great treat for me for some years. After LG iem failed, I could not find the same model anywhere. Though I read in some reviews that multi driver iem is not good for V30 plus, still I decided to purchase KZ ZS10 Pro as I found very good reviews both in Amazon and other sites. My purchase did not go in vain and I am very happy with the performance of this new iem. It sounds well even without switching to HiFi DAC in V30 Plus (though it would not make much difference except in High impedence iem like Sound Magic e80C which I earlier purchased). Though e80C is louder after enabling hifi DAC setting, the treble tone is harsher to my ears, repeat, to my ears. The KZ ZS10Pro sound quality is almost comparable to my original LG iem (in my opinion) and I am satisfied, though some little sparkles present in higher bands. May be it is due to the presence of multi drivers, a lot of details have now become audible !! Overall performance is quite good, a real HD sound during You Tube videos and Music, call quality very clear as acknowledged by the other person on phone, Snug fit in ears though I had a apprehension about the casing as I have smaller ears. This iem really serves my main purpose of listening to music and all of my other iems, head phones are still lying in my shelf.

Worth the money.
Amazing product. The drivers function really well. I use this mainly in our band at church. Sharp clarity and noise isolation are really good. You'll be happy with the value you spend. Many of our choir members, including vocalists and instrumentalists, are happy with the product quality and performance.

Great bass biased sound with a caveat
First off to the caveat. If you plan on using these in a laptop or phone, you should also order an impedance plug/filter due to how sensitive these IEMs are and the low impedance. This is apparently common with even high end IEMs due to how they work, and there are expensive products out there that fix this, but I purchased some cheap plugs that came with one 80 Ohm and one 220 Ohm plug that removed any hissing and noise I was getting from some of my devices. With that out of the way, I quite like these IEMs and they have replaced my older over-ear Sennheiser HD 569 headphones for day to day use. I find them fairly comfortable and find these better than normal earbuds I have since the shape actually keeps the earphone from slipping out or breaking a proper seal. As a result they passively reduce the noise better than my HD 569s and sound great. The shape might not be for everyone but they seem to work for me for longer periods of time, and they do come with 3 sizes of silicone earplugs. For sound, they do a great job, but are a bit bass heavy as other reviews have mentioned. Depending on the type of music you enjoy this can be a good or bad thing, but just keep that in mind for your use case. It would be nicer if they had a flatter frequency response for gaming so they don't colour the sound as much, and for some music, but for day to day use and the price these work well.
