Great seasoning! We use it to make Tacos El ...
Great seasoning! We use it to make Tacos El Pastor utilizing pork or chicken. The only issue we see with it is that is is difficult to break apart and get dispersed into solution. One way we combat this is to make our recipes in the crockpot which heats the paste which helps it break apart. It is difficult to break apart in a cold liquid or even room temperature.

So much flavor
I have won multiple BBQ competitions by putting this on my chicken. I simply blend the paste with orange juice and marinate the chicken in it. You will never have anything as flavorful as this in your life!
