Nice idea, but has adhesive issue.
Worked a few minutes. Once the pad warmed up under a load, the adhesive let go. No longer holds a disk. I guess I asked too much of this sander...by sanding with it.

works well, only thing I had to use on the lowest speed of all the drills I have . Could have been made more durable by making the stem out of metal.
