The Paul Mitchell Pro Tools Express Ion Unclipped 3-in-1 Curling Wand has been my go-to styling tool since my hair school days in 2012, and for good reason! The three interchangeable barrels allow me to create multiple hairstyles—from soft waves to defined curls—without needing multiple tools. The ceramic barrels heat up quickly and evenly, giving me long-lasting curls with minimal heat damage. I love how lightweight and easy to handle it is, making styling a breeze. Plus, the clipless design helps me achieve smooth, frizz-free curls every time. I recently misplaced the bottom part of mine, and I instantly felt the loss—it's truly a staple in my hairstyling kit. Highly recommend this curling wand for both professionals and everyday users who want salon-quality results at home!

I bought this when my curling iron of 8-9 year broke. I was so sad. I wanted the same one I had but realized they don’t make it anymore . This one is a good comparison and I love the wand aspect. I do not like the clamp that most people use so this one is perfect .

My hair does so well with this! I have straight hair that doesn’t hold curl, but this gives me the best curls that actually stay! Also love to do more wavy looking loose curls and it does the job! It has adjustable heat settings , is easy to use, and overall I’ve been so happy with it!

I've had one of these types of curling tools in the past, by Hot Tools. It broke with normal use less than a year later. My hair salon was selling this for $20. more so I was happy to discover it on Amazon for a better price. I bought this for my daughter (who's away at college) for Christmas. I used this on her hair first, then mine. It was love at first curl! It heats up rapidly and is easy to handle. There is a technique to using this kind of curling iron and you may suffer a few minor burns until this technique is mastered. This tool is definitely not for the faint of heart! Our loose curls stayed beautiful (and SHINY!) the entire day, requiring only a little touch up the following morning if needed. I've had flat irons by Paul Mitchell in the past and have never been dissatisfied with their products. It isn't an inexpensive brand, but you really do get what you pay for and the price is absolutely worth it if what you're looking for is healthy-looking beautiful hair. This comes with an odd looking three-fingered heat resistant glove. I found this awkward to use and suggest using a full heat resistant glove, which Amazon sells. Once you master the technique, you will no longer need the glove. I was heartbroken when my daughter went back to school and took this with her (I even 'suggested' that I would probably need and use it more than she would, half-heartedly kind of hoping to guilt her into leaving it) She took it with her and still missing it two days later it haunted me until I gave in and ordered my own.

Best curling iron for my long, fine hair. I have had trouble for years finding an iron or wand to hold curl, this works great!

I love this wand set. Such a good deal, holds up nicely and is a space saver for sure. Not heavy, and they give you little finger covers to protect your hands if you want to use them.

Word to the wise — avoid as Amazon is selling defective stock of this product. I had an issue with my first order out of the box, the largest barrel wouldn’t connect. I returned and reordered and received an item with the same defect. It’s a shame because otherwise I was quite happy with this curling rod overall. However, at this price the build/design should be far more solid and the product should work out of the box.
