The adapter is an included and REQUIRED component of these controllers, and was never produced for sale separately. Any seller who doesn't have them needs to state that, otherwise they are selling something materially different from the listed product.

Yes, but only if the wii game shows the picture of a gamecube controller on the back of a game... just bc you can use a classic controller doesn't always mean you can use the gamecube controller. .. just have to see the pic!
