Read the fine print before purchasing shoes from American "Bargain". If you return a pair, they charge you $14.99 for shipping even though you also have to pay for shipping.I paid $12 to USPS to send them back plus $14.99 was deducted by them for shipping once they received them. So I'm out a total of $27 with absolutely nothing to show for it except a thinner wallet. Needless to say, this is the last purchase I'm making from them. In my opinion, when it comes to clothing, especialy shoes, return shipping fees should be considered a cost of doing business. Thus these fees should be reflected in the price of the products and not something that's tacked on later.With that said, the shoes themselves were what I expected, only they were too narrow in the toe area for my preference, Thankfully I was able to find another style of Cole Haans that fit me better from another Amazon vendor.

I've wanted a pair of black loafers for quite some time (a couple of years). I happened upon these by chance. In short, these look clean and sophisticated. The front of the shoe narrows slightly, which makes them appear more sleek. They pair nicely with casual or more dressy clothing. The shoes are very comfortable. The soles consist of some kind of composite rubber. They provide great traction. My feet have flattened out to a size 11.5 from an 11. I purchased the 11's first-- just to make sure. Unfortunately, I had to return the 11's, which were $30 less than the 11.5's. However, I was so enamored by these shoes that I went ahead and purchased the 11.5's and paid the price that they sell for at Nordstrom. Yes, I liked them that much. My girlfriend likes them as well. Hopefully, you'll feel the same if you purchase them. Thanks for your time.

I like the shoes a lot, but it's too early to tell if they're going to provide the all-day comfort I'm looking for. I have a wider foot, but not wide enough for wide shoes, so it sometimes takes awhile for shoes to stretch enough to be comfortable. After wearing them for one day, I was quite relieved to take them off that evening!

This is my first pair of Cole Haan. I read in another review that the fit was slightly small, so I went a half size larger than I normally wear for dress shoes and they fit great. A bit heavier than I expected, but so far this is a comfortable pair of shoes.

Nice shoes & seemed to be well made. Did return them for the size which was a little too small, and there is no 12-1/2. Went with a different shoe for that reason. I have had Cole Haan's before though, and they have been comfortable, well made shoes.

We purchased these shoes as a gift for our son-in-law, since he previously purchased a similar pair and really liked them. Unfortunately, these shoes seem to run a bit narrow and they weren't available in a larger width, so we returned them, which was an easy process.

Not what I expected from Cole Haan. First shoe that ever gave me a blister. It fits very tight so might want to order size up The leather seems fake on the top. It has that vinyl look to it.

...they are seemingly cut a bit snug. I have not warn them outside yet. I'll try them on another time....they'll just collect dust in the closet for a little while. None the less, I bought....I'll deal with them.Good day.
