A perfect on the go energy drink without all the extra stuff, health in mind. Love something carbonated on my commute and I've ordered this flavor plenty of times. Helps get me jumpstarted for my day!

I LOVE these Sparkling Ice +Caffeine drinks! I am a bonafide soda addict; I can’t get enough of the stuff. If they could give me Cheerwine intravenously, and pump it straight into my blood stream 24 hours a day, I would be cool with that. But I also know how bad all that sugar is for your health and your teeth. I’m not saying artificial sweetener is better, but it feels like the lesser of the two evils. I digress. These scratch the soda itch for me without all that sugar. I have tried several of the flavors, and will break down my thoughts on each flavor below: Blue Raspberry: This is the best flavor by FAR! It is candy-like, but in a tart and refreshing way. It isn’t overly sweet at all. Just delicious! Strawberry Citrus: This doesn’t taste like limes, oranges, or strawberries (the fruits pictured on the can) to me, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good. It’s a vague fruity flavor, but not in a bad way. It still blows my dress up, just not as much as the Blue Raspberry one. Orange Passion Fruit: This one is really good! It is very tangy and more passion fruit than orange to my tastebuds. It has a very zesty, zingy tropical flavor. Me likey! Citrus Twist: This one is kinda “meh” but kinda good if you’re REALLY thirsty, because it is tangy and refreshing. It has grown on me as I’ve worked my way through the case, but I am undecided as to whether I will purchase it again. It tastes like Mountain Dew and Sprite had a baby, and has an aftertaste similar to diet Mountain Dew (if you know, you know). None of these have the nasty, “want to scrub your tongue” aftertaste that some drinks containing artificial sweetener have. The sweetener in these is sucralose, which from my experience, isn’t as bad for that. I will update my ranking as I try other flavors.

If you love Mountain Dew you will love this Ice beverage with caffeine Citrus Twist... it is exactly the same flavor, quite a bit less carbonation but there is that wonderful taste.

Great option if you are trying to get a bit away from soda. These seem to be somewhere between soda and sparkling water. The Citrus Twist is in my opinion the best flavor with Tropical Punch a close second. Blue Raspberry and Black Raspberry are also good. For some reason Tropical Punch has been overpriced recently so I haven’t had it in a while but it is good. The rest of the flavors at about $16 are reasonably priced.

I really love this drink. I was looking for something that was refreshing with less caffeine than Monster and Celsius and this fits perfectly.

My daughter and I are fans of the Sparkling Ice beverages and when I saw the canned version with added caffeine my finger was on "add to cart" faster than you can say energy drink! Speaking of, sadly the caffeine content isn't like an energy drink, but it's a nice little boost! It's 70mg, which is FAR less than most energy drinks (typically over 100 up to 300) less than a cup of coffee (typically about 90 for a regular sized cup of coffee) but more than a soda (less than 50 for a diet coke, for instance). We ordered the triple citrus, which I assumed would taste like 7Up/Sprite (it does) but had hoped for something a little more interesting (what's the triple...there's lemon, there's lime, but what else?) I'm not a huge fan of that flavor, but that isn't affecting my rating, because that's just a personal preference. My daughter liked it. We both felt that the flavor was just sweet and not tart/acidic at all, which would have been more enjoyable. The price was fairly reasonable as compared to energy drinks, but a little on the high side compared to soda. Basically, the value is OKAY. We're going to try other flavors, but for now, here's the most exciting part of the Sparkling Ice + Caffeine Triple Citrus: IT IS COMPLETELY CLEAR! This is great for anyone who wants caffeine every day, but is trying to avoid staining their teeth! This may be of particular interest for anyone who, like me, is undergoing clear aligner (Invisalign, Clear Correct, etc.) orthodontics, because the consumption of anything other than clear liquids while wearing the aligners is discouraged (meaning coffee is a no-no). I realize this information is only pertinent to a fraction of the people who might be reading this, but I felt it was worth mentioning for those rare few!
