Bought for woman in her 70s with osteoarthritic knees which limit her mobility. This has done wonders to ease her stiff joints. After first use she was amazed at being able to bend her knee with reduced pain. They say the best thing you can do for arthritic knees and such is to walk however weight bearing can make the pain unbearable and thus walking any distance safely isn't feasible. This little machine is giving her the chance to add a little bit of healthy exercise into her day without causing her pain and its actually had a pain relieving affect as well. For her it's definitely been worth the money. The unit is quite heavy to move but once its in position the remote that comes with it is really handy. It allows the user to stop when they're ready without having to try and bend down to the unit itself.

Bought this machine because I have serious mobility problems,I'm in my late 50s and thought from the reviews it would help but I feel there isn't enough motion strength init for me but I think would be great for a much older person.

After having knee surgery I found it difficult to walk very far, so I got this leg exerciser to help get me moving again. It does move ones legs back and forth, it gets the blood pumping to a certain extent and I could feel the effort my knees were making.It has 5 speeds, but I have found that once you have built up to speed 5 it really needs more levels to keep you motivated to use it. It is also quite noisy so I couldn't use it while watching T.V. with my husband as the noise really annoyed him! So it was useful for a while, but at the price I could probably have found something that would have helped me recover in the long term!

I use this as cannot walk any distance so this is ideal for giving me a modicom of exercise.It is easy to use and does not put any undue stress on my legs. Also the foot plates are solid and wide so feet sit on them without slipping off.

This is gentle exercise, sometimes wish it has more settings for increased exercise. First machine went wrong but was immediately replaced by seller. Would recommend for anyone with minimal mobility.Update 2nd machine has now gone wrong as well, will be asking for refund

Good exercise but use sparingly

A sturdy machine, used when sitting down only. The foot plates move backwards and forwards alternately in a choice of 5 smooth rhythms, Relaxing and gentle, ideal for those with mobility problems, to keep joints and muscles active without any effort. . Not to be confused with the vibrating static type.

The remote control does not work and little noisy I would like you to send a remote control that works please as the one that came with it is usless
