Sight Words Level 2

This is an awesome video. My children (2 & 3) both loved the first Sight Words so I was happy to find Level 2. This one might even be better than the first one. The songs are short and catchy with words flashing across. One song is about being polite which I greatly appreciate. There is a section where the video goes over the difference between present tense and past tense. There is one song where they show real bears as opposed to cartoons. I thought that this was a nice addition. Both of my children read and I think the Rock n Learn videos have helped them. I have people stop and ask me the ages of my children because they are surprised to see such small children reading. In addition to Rock n Learn, I found Your Baby Can Read extremely helpful because it includes flash cards, books, and videos. I wish the Rock n Learn videos included books that follow the videos.

We just had this dvd come in the mail today and had our sons sit down to watch it. They were glued to the tv and watched the entire dvd without asking if they could watch something else instead of this dvd. This dvd will definitely challenge the kids to learn their sight words and to be able to use the sight words in a sentence that they have made up on their own. The graphics on this dvd are definitely appealing to kids and it does help to keep them interested in the dvd while they are learning or reviewing the content of this dvd. This product is a perfect follow up to purchase if your kids have mastered or are getting bored with the pre-school prep series. Our kindergartener needed something new to watch that would challenge him a bit and this product definitely provided what he needs at a beginner stage in reading.

I wish I bought this earlier in the school year. This DVD is much more engaging for kindergartners, and since they paid attention, it really helped them learn their high frequency words. They got really bored with Heidi Songs, but Rock 'N' Learn holds their attention.

This is a good dvd for kids trying to learn their sight words. It's fun to watch and listen to. Our little one in kindergarten was having trouble with some of her words and we thought we would try this one to see if it helped. She loved it and was singing along after the second time of seeing it. I wish the teachers would use something like this so it would be easier for the children to learn the sight words. Well worth the price.

All Rock & Roll learning dvds are excellent for 3,4&5 year olds . We listen on the way to school. Very clear and makes learning fun.

I have purchased several of these DVD's for my grandchildren. They love them! One of my grandsons is not quite two years old and can recognize and name all the letters of the alphabet, both capital and lower case and knows the numbers from 0-9. Much of this he learned from the DVD. I am a retired kindergarten teacher and I wish I had owned this DVD when I was teaching.

The Rock 'N Learn Videos have worked great with helping my son learn, since he is a very visual child. I am so happy with how they are presented to him and he loves the music they play along with the learning material. It is allot of fun for him. I would highly recommend any of their products (we have several).

great product bought for my 4year old son and he is doing brilliant with his phonics and reading i searched for material like this everywhere and i think this is one of the only materials which provides this level of tutoring for children
