No issues
Worked perfectly in my printer. I never print anything so the cartridges are always drying up before I can use all the ink so this is a great value. I did not notice any difference in print quality at all.

I have never had any issues with this ink and I always return my empties in the enclosed packaging with free postage to keep these prices down. I highly recommend!

Failed Cartridge, but fixed by customer service
Cartridge failed after 2 months. My HP ENVY 4520 stopped recognizing the ink cartridges. I contacted customer service but no response. Consider other brands or just buy OEM HP cartridges for quality. Update: 10/9 - customer service responded and sent a replacement cartridge. Changing to 4 stars for good customer support.

Disappointing in a colorless world!
Great price and I thought it was a such a deal until I tried printing some documents that needed colored ink. Not a drop of color came out, only black ink. What a waste of paper and ink! Both cartridges were installed at the same time, and I have not had any issues printing pages & pages of documents with the black ink. Figures when I actually need to use the colored ink it doesn’t work!

Garbage Cartridges!
UPDATE: Aug 19/22 - The Seller reached out to me on their own volition and replaced the cartridges for me. They arrived today and I installed and the print is excellent! Excellent Customer Service! Thank you! The black cartridge is completely full and started printing blotches and now I can't print anything because the printer is giving me an error to check the print cartridges. The printer is now completely unusable. These cartridges are garbage!
