This is described as a "masticating juicer extractor, cold press juicer." masticating and cold-press are different, aren't they? which is this?

Masticating juicers slowly grind the produce and press it against a screen to extract juice. True cold press juicers chop the produce into small pieces and then use a hydraulic press to press the juice out. These juicers are typically very expensive and marketed for professional use. YouTube has good videos of these in action. However, brands are now marketing masticating juicers as cold press juicers because there is no regulation in the terminology.

My juicer, after months of daily use, has been very difficult I take apart after juicing. What can I do?

First few months the juicer was great then I started having that problem. What did I do? I removed the rubber in between and when I put it back i don't twist it all the way. When I'm cleaning it I just put it between my thighs and twist it with a kitchen towel because it's hard. Hope it helps. Otherwise I don't recommend it anymore.
