Does this module support input from e-drums that have usb (i.e. printer cable) output?

Hi, Not via USB, no. This is an audio interface (soundcard) that connects via USB to a computer to convert analogue audio signal to digital data to be recorded on the computer, and to convert digital data from the computer to analogue signal to be heard through speakers or headphones. It does not act as a USB hub that you can connect other USB devices to. However, if your e-drums have an analogue audio output (most do), could you connect the output to the line input of this interface to record the audio on the computer. You would be better off with a Scarlett 2i2, as the Solo will only be suitable for recording the drums in mono. With a 2i2 you could connect two cables for the left and right channels to record the drums in stereo.
