I don't know if it's my sensitivity to capsules or ingredients, but after the first one capsule dose, I take them twice a day.One and a m one in the p m I felt different a good different. My doctor recently started me on valsartan a blood pressure medication?And it made me feel terrible.I could hear my heart.I could feel the blood rushing in my vessels, I can hear Everything. I had excruciating headaches dizziness.My vision was messed up.It just really messed me up. I didn't like this feeling so I stopped taking it after 4 days because it has a beta-blocker in it. This is a good product. It does what it proclaims to do. I've bought it several times. However, lately the last couple of bottles I've purchased seem to have overdone it with the garlic. The flavor leaves a garlic taste in the mouth and the odor of garlic. Additionally, it caused stomach upset and pain. They could lower the garlic and add beet root or something. It did not seem to be the same ratio of ingredients as it initially once was.

I believe this stuff works but the effect is only temporary I don't think it's the magic pill that we're all hoping for other than prescribed medication. If you like the taste of raw garlic then you should have no problems taking these pills. Just be warned as soon as you put the pill in your mouth your nostrils and your mouth will be filled with an intense garlic odor. I cook with garlic all the time and even I found it a little powerful but enough about that.My blood pressure on average is around 145 / 90When I take one of these pills my blood pressure usually drops to about 130 over 80 but later on in the day it's back up. So I think the effect is only temporary. I haven't done a complete study on these pills yet but I plan to.

This wasn't the first time I have purchased this product. I purchased years ago for my dad when his blood pressure sky rocketed. He started taking them and I remember at one of his appointments the doctor finally said that his blood pressure was excellent and to continue doing what he was doing. So, I started multiple family members taking this product and they love it. I really wanted this to work. But after taking this product about the 4th day I start to feel light headed and did not know what it was and what causes me to feel this way. because it did start to work bringing my BP down from 188/98 to 135/76 but then it did a U-turn and send my BP soaring to 215/103 and I add this horrible feeling like I am going to pass out I am not going to say that all the Reviews on Amazon is a lie because I know what is bad for me Mabie good for others. but right now I am feeling really bad from this product. I have been taking ULTALIFE BP supplements for about 1 month. I have seen a steady decline in both Systolic and Diastolic readings.To start, I was at around 154/97. I know, bad, right?!?
