I love the taste! It has a little kick to it. Not getting enough B12 I began to feel numbness in my legs sometimes when i would sit or my arms when I would I lay head on them. I sometimes feel even feeling a bit mentally slow. A few weeks of taking this the numbness subsided and I'm feeling much more sharper than before. No issues with the sprits; the other flavor I got from this same company had a messed up sprits, but this problem can be overcome by just drinking a tiny bit of the solution. Great product; I highly recommend. UPDATE: the spirits may not work after a few uses. I recommend including a droplet with it in the event the sprits is no longer operational. If it doesn’t it work anymore just pour a little bit under your tongue to still get use out of it.

I’ve actually tried many B12 supplements & know the benefits of the 3 active types. Been taking Methylcobalamin for years & recently started researching the other two forms, heard it’s best to take all 3 together, so this formula is ideal. But these were the main reasons I love this product: 1. Had all three of the active forms of B12. 2. Had unique flavors. 3. Convenient spray bottle. Haven’t found any other similar formulas, to compete with, will continue buying this one.

I really like this product and this is the second time I've pruchased it. Flavors are great and love the combination of Methylcobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin and Hydroxocobalamin. But...PLEASE PLEASE find a way to make this product with a drop dispenser. The spray bottle is wasteful and extremely messy!! Every time I use it, it ends up all over my hand, under the lid and drips down the bottle, although I'm very careful to spray directly in my mouth, it still drips. I wrap it in a paper towel because it is so messy. This would easily be a 5 star product and service if it wasn't for the bright red mess. **01/12/2020 UPDATE** I was contacted by Ideal Infusion Customer Care regarding my review. They provided amazing customer service!! I really like the full spectrum aspect of this product, but still have issues with the sprayer. For me, the sprayer problem is an inconvenience but won't deter me from the great product. I look forward to the possibility of drops someday since I get better utilization of B-12 through a sublingual liquid. Thank you again Ideal Infusion for your outstanding customer service!

I was told, due to surgery, that I'll need a b12 supplement for the remainder of my life. So this was my first purchase. The reviews were good and the makeup of the B12 supplement was Methylcobatmin, Adnosylobalamin, and hydroxocobatamin. Apparently, this is a more comprehensive blend. I'll write another review in a a few months, after my blood work comes back.

I have both flavors and love them both! I take the recommended 5 sprays first thing in the morning and it’s wakes me right up! I’m sort of a nutrition nerd and I love that this product contains the Methylated version of B12. Most brands out there offer Cyno which needs to be converted in the body and some of those vitamins are lost in the process. I get the most bang for my buck with these. The flavor cinnaplum has a little spice kick to it- reminds me of a sweet chai. This one is my sons favorite. I favor the Boysenberry:) reminds me of bubblegum.

Afyer bloodwork results I needed a B12 supplement. My doctor suggested a spray and this looked like a good option. It's great! My bloodwork improved and I have it on auto refill subscription.

If you have a sweet tooth, you will love this product I guess. As for me, I was shocked at how sweet tasting this product is. I've never had a b12 supplement that tasted sweeter than candy. It is sickeningly sweet.
