This activated charcoal worked quite rapidly for me almost overnight I had the six days of explosive diarrhea that everyone's been complaining about and it got rid of it.

Seems good. It’s capsules filled with black powder which is apparently charcoal to help pull out toxins from your Gi tract. It is easy to take and doesn’t have any side effects that I have been aware of. Maybe just a placebo but I was told about it by a nurse practitioner.

So far so good with this. I would like to know more about where the charcoal is from. I started taking charcoal after I read how great it is at absorbing BPA. Previously I used mostly bentonite clay but my understanding is that it is not as good for absorbing BPA. Although I am able to limit BPA at home, it is widespread in the US food supply, see Scientific American, and widely used in processed and packaged foods. Even for BPA-free, there is concern that the replacements are just as bad or worse, BPA is a hormone mimicking chemical, so canned food, plastic bottles, even cardboard cups, I think. Activated charcoal is my answer to reducing exposure to what I view as toxins in the US food supply. I take these when I have to travel and am exposed to a variety of foods and substances, like BPA, that I am unsure about the source and ingredients. Charcoal adsorbs toxins and is a good way to get stuff out of the gut, in my opinion. I also use it anytime I got too much of something, like sugar. It seems to me to help neutralize the negative impact and stabilize my internal system. Because of the adsorptive effect, I do not take these with vitamins or other things that I want to get the nutrients from, in case they get removed by the copper.

I bought these to take on a trip to Southeast Asia because they help to coagulate toxins in food and water. I've read that they shorten the duration of a stomach virus, but thankfully, we didn't need them. I will continue to take them on future trips, including our distance hikes.

Always have this on hand. Ancient and effective remedy that is so inexpensive. That's why docs never tell you, I suppose.

This product saved me!! I was given a “gummie” that I thought was hemp oil for sleep. Turned out it not only had cannabis in it, it was a lab altered version that was so strong and potent it made me violently ill. I took 4-5 charcoal pills and within 20 minutes began vomiting several times. The charcoal helped get it out of my body and I’m convinced saved me!
