Replaced an older Toyota Highlanders third brake light. The high up one. Fit perfectly and lights up.. It’s NOT the two screws from the outside that you would think it is. You actually have to lift the back gate and take off a piece of molding that’s up high, YouTube is your friend. It’s quick....actual changing was less than 10 minutes....maybe less than 5. Don’t touch the bulb itself with your fingers. Use a rag or paper towel. Oil on your fingers could lessen life of bulb.

My father has an old BMW X5 E70 and the brake light was broken, I've ordered this SYLVANIA 921 and it fits really well. But make sure you take off the light bulbs carefully. I've accidentally damaged the holes. I have to use super glue to fix it. For some reason, these light bulbs will get hot so fast and you might need to change them fairly constantly. In terms of brightness, it is very bright and I would recommend changing both light bulbs.

This was a perfect replacement that matched the other side (reverse light) on my 2012 Chevy Impala LT.

I noticed my 02 Camry's high mounted brake light went out the other day. Went online to figure out which bulb I need. I found the same at my local auto parts store for 2 bucks more. Then Amazon told me it has the same for free shipping at 2 bucks less. I got in 4 business days. It was set to be delivered in 3, but delay by one day. No biggie. The night I got it, I pop open the cover. It's very rigid, I use hammer to tap on it lightly to give it a nudge. Once pop off, lift it up, turn it up-side-down to remove the wire connector. I can easily remove the bulb by twisting it 45 degree towards me. There is a notch you can see after removing the bulb assembly from the housing. Once that came off, remove the old bulb simply by pulling it off. This is the first time I have to replace the bulb in 16 years. The old bulb expands a bit so it's clear that a replacement is needed. Last time my headlight didn't come on, it was a loose connection. Open the package, use a paper towel to lift the bulb from the package to prevent any oil transferred from my hand to the bulb. As the internet recommends not touching the bulb as the oil will shorten its life. Insert the bulb straight in, repalce the assembly, connect the power, replace the housing. It's time for a test. I place a box on top of the trunk directly behind the housing (outside of course). Step on the brake and it lights up. Another chore completed. :)

This is not the correct size for my 2009 Toyota Corolla. They are much smaller despite the "This fits your vehicle" part compatibility checker. I am not sure if that is Amazon's fault or Sylvania's. Going to Auto Zone to pick up correct part before I get a ticket for having a tail light out. Not pleased. Update: Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars due to amazing customer service from amazon. Got a refund and correct part ordered in under 10 minutes. The product itself is probably good quality, but do not trust the compatibility checker, which I assume is an Amazon program. Check an OEM parts index prior to purchase.

This did not fit a BMW 128i even though the seller approved it. Even worse no return or refund is offered. Contact Sylvania is the only option. Why is it their problem?
