Olay Professional Pro-X Even Skin Tone Spot Fading Treatment, 1.3 oz

This is one of the most extraordinary skin products I've ever used! I have sun spots on my face from swimming an average of six hours a day for about 7 wonderful years when my family lived in a town with a nearby lake. I spent six hours a day on the water, either swimming, floating on a tube or raft or just lying on my friend's raft, out in the middle of the lake, discussing the important events of our world. Naturally, as we got older, those events changed but our venue didn't. I knew nothing of spf's in those ancient times. (I'm 65) Actually, I'm fortunate that I didn't really like to lie in the sun or the damage would be worse. I tried Hydroquinolone for years, doing 3 months on and 3 months off, but the spots faded to a certain point and then stopped. Then I asked my doctor for an RX for Retinol. That was horrible. I did a spot test on the inside of my elbow. My arm got a little red but I thought it was no big deal, thus I literally burnt my neck. Luckily, I didn't try it on my face. I will always have a white circle, around a sun spot, on my neck, due to stupidity. I love the Olay Regenerist line and have used it since Prescriptives went out of business. Unfortunately, the Regenerist Luminous tone perfecting cream made me break out but lightened the sunspots. I noticed that this product used Niacinamide as its lightening agent, so I starting searching. I didn't have to go far. I went to the Olay web site and saw Pro-X Even Spot Fading treatment. This time I did a spot test and it didn't hurt at all. I started to use it and to my amazement, the spots started to lighten within 3 days of use. My regimen is easy. After showering, I apply it to the spots first, and let in soak in and dry. Next I put on my Oil of Olay Regenerist Micro-sculpting serum, the Oil of Olay product that I think has made the biggest change in my skin. I follow by using their micro-sculpting cream. I don't put on anything else but lipstick if I'm just going to be home, otherwise I put on a tinted moisturizer. Even my husband was amazed! I made sure he looked at the spots before I started to use it so he could see any changes and after kind of muttering under his breath, he agreed. He was astounded at the change the Pro-X Even Spot Fading treatment had made. I'm happy to report that the spots continue to lighten. I an not a believer in a product making an immediate change in my skin; I think it's all hype. Thus, I was amazed at how much my sun spots faded in just 3 days use and how it continues to lighten the ugly spots. I thought the Regenerist line was my favorite but now I shall have to check out the Pro-X line. If you have even a few sun spots you'd like to remove, I recommend you start with this product so you won't go through what I did. Oil of Olay Pro-X Even Spot Fading treatment is an amazing product, as are so many Oil of Olay products.

I've been using this for a little over a month. I usually apply this twice a day. I wash my face before applying makeup and I use this right before my makeup ritual. I also wash my face right before bed and I apply this as well. If I don't wear makeup for the day, I only apply it at night before bed. I noticed about a week into using it, my skin appeared to be much smoother. It seems like as the days goes by, my skin seems more healthy and radiant. My tone has been evening out, textures have been less noticeable and my pores, while not smaller, seem a bit smoother. My skin regimen has not changed except for the addition of this product...so I am assuming it has been this product that is causing the positive changes. At first, I was scared that using this up to twice a day was going to deplete it very quickly...but a little goes a long way. I usually use about 2-3 drops (about a third of the dropper) every use and sometimes I feel like I am using too much. It is very slick so a drop can cover a large portion of my face. I'd recommend applying one drop at a time instead of all at once so you can limit the amount you use to only what is necessary. I highly recommend this product. I have had acne most of my life which has left me with a very subtle uneven skin tone that requires me to put on a thin layer of foundation to give myself an even tone. This product has started to correct that subtle unevenness and I cannot wait to see what my future results will be!

I have severe pigmentation and acne scarring and I still break out occasionally so I have both old and new scars. I noticed that this works very slowly. I did not see results overnight like some other reviewers here but I did eventually notice a slight improvement with the scars. It works better and faster on newer scars. My skin scars really easily and this helped fade those new scars rather quickly. the older scars took a little bit longer to lighten. I also noticed a slight improvement in overall skin tone. I apply this like lotion to my entire face after cleansing at night so maybe that is why. Directions said that it can be applied in the daytime as well but I am scared about sensitivity to the sun therefore I only apply at night. It could be that that is why my results were slower. I also thought that the product was a wee bit slimy. So that is also why I don't like putting it on in the daytime. And it does not mix well with my daytime lotion which has sunscreen in it. And the reason for giving it only 4 stars is the packaging. I like the pump bottles for the Regenerist serums so much. This dropper style is very unhygienic and also results in a lot of wastage of the product. I understand that this is a little runny but I think it will work just as well or even better with a pump bottle. It feels very messy with the dropper. All in all, I would buy this again and would recommend this. Although I don't think results will be same for everyone. I saw slow but good improvement in my overall skin tone and newer scars and I am confident that with continued use, the older scars will lighten as well. Also, the product is rather long lasting considering how much I have spilled and dropped because of the dropper and the fact that I apply way more than 2 to 3 drops in every application.

Fantastic product . In 2 weeks my uneven skin tone has corrected itself . Yet to see its effect on the sun spots/ pigmentation. Will update once that happens. Skin feels softer and brighter and the dark unevenness around the mouth is gone!

Your promotion pictures are different to the real product.Finally, l bought a product made in China and distributed in Australia, and it was sold in 🇲🇾Malaysia. So interesting.
