Wish there was an option for more stars. No Man's Land jerky is my absolute favorite! None of that chemical taste, not chewy and squishy. This jerky is slow dried and it shows. The pride they have is evident in the taste, texture and overall quality.

Usually the best.. but..
I have bought this jerky time and time again and it has always been great! Perfect taste and texture… but.. I got a new one pound bag a week ago and this is 1# of smoked, jerked GRISTLE. It is practically impossible to bite through a piece of it. I am dismayed at how unbelievably tough this is. Company needs to pay better attention to the quality of the meat they are using. Won’t stop me from buying more but I am very very disappointed with this batch! For the price you charge for this you need to be more careful!
