Works well
Perfect wonderful does what we need to do. These things are so expensive though I think this was the least expensive one and that’s still so much money.

Cartridge do not work in the Hp printer
I have an HP printer and I buy this product in Amazon and no problem. But this one when I installed in my printer. It did not accepted it was saying the cartridge is not Hp ink. So now I am afraid to open the other ones it might not work. I hope some one take care of this issue because this cartridge they are not cheap.

I haven’t really used the ink to speak of the quality. The ink was received in great condition. I have an HP printer and it recognized this set of ink.

Bad quality control
I know the product is good but the condition the item was shipped in is unacceptable. I'm not sure where the damage happened but again this condition is unacceptable.

5 Star HP original ink for HP printer
I have been purchasing this trio for about a year. My new printer will not function properly if I do NOT use genuine HP ink. The price is good and Amazon always delivers quickly. Easy to install, overall satisfaction is 5 stars.

One empty cartridge arrived with the others that were fine.
All cartridges showed full except for the yellow one & it’s showing empty. I’ve never had this happen before & have always received cartridges full of ink. What now? Do I return the one cartridge (yellow) for a replacement?

After installing the ink it shows there’s low ink in the new cartridges. I printed and the pages look terrible. Lots of lines and look faded.

I received the package today, installed the new cartridges, and the Magenta cartridge was defective. It's such a hassle returning items through Amazon JP, I just kept them. I reordered the item in hopes I get a working cartridge this time.
