Quality is good but I don’t like that I have to take so many at a time.

Be close to a bathroom
Wasn't sure what to expect taking this. First time taking fiber pills. Let's just say it works REALLY well. I had to be relieved at my position at work. Run down the steps, jump on a golf cart and go fast as the cart let me drive. Slammed threw the bathroom door unhooking my gear and started to sit down. Releasing my bowels as I was sitting down. I felt like the toilet scene from American pie. Well ended up sitting in my own stuff and spraying the whole back of the toilet. Handfuls of cleaning up and multiple flushes later. I needed a nap for how good I felt afterwords. Hope that review helps.

These actually work.
I had an extreme problem and tried many different solutions. Then I found this brand and it is finally the answer for me. You need to try different quantities to find the right one for you. I cannot express how happy I am to be using these. Sure solved my problem.

Tablets could be of better quality, you can see flaxseed pieces in the them. :( I could grind them finer in my blender...

Easy to swallow. Not normal horse pills.
Switched to these after previous brand was out of stock. Never went back. It took a week or so for me to adjust to the number I needed to take but WOW they are so much smaller and easy to take. Thanks!!

Great fiber product
I have been using this for couple of years. My body seems to need the acacia for maximum effectiveness. Plain Psyllium doesn't work. Love it. 4-5 caps twice a day. Plenty of water. Great for my keto diet.
