7-Day Detox and Diet Plan (Chocolate)

This detox was amazing and it tastes delicious

I don’t love the flavor of the shake, I mix it with a little nut butter and almond milk. But the supplements and program always make me feel good! I’ve done it multiple times. The more I stick to it the more effective it is, but even when I’m more lenient I feel results. It reduces inflammation, supports digestion, and my body literally works better at everything after.

I was so so so happy about this product. I couldn't wait to use it and do my Detox week. I bought the chocolate one... but to be honest, is a horrible taste and was pretty difficult to drink it, but I was really strong because I wanted to have my detox week. I was really weak during the day but ok, all normal. So I chilled out. The second day again pretty difficult to drink the shake but ok, let's do it, tomorrow you can eat I was saying to myself. The second shake was giving the vomit, to be honest, but still, I had it. I couldn't really stay awake the second day, even If I was doing nothing, I had a nap of 2 hours, and I NEVER NAP. Before my last shake, I just passed out so after that I just had a big mango, a banana and the day after I started again my normal life. Never again, I risked to hurt myself and the taste is something incredibly horrible. So I do not recommend it and I have returned it.

An excellent product. Definitely made a difference. I will be purchasing again.

This product is amazing. I feel so much better after doing this cleanse. The 2nd day was rough....not gonna lie. But days 3-7 I had so much energy and lost 8.5 lbs overall. I also have not had (or needed) an energy drink for 3 weeks now. Also the poeple that ran out of powder didn't follow the directions. Days 1 and 2 you only do 1 scoop per shake. I had just the right amount for the week.

This did a great job at detoxing. For some reason, the entire 7 days that I was on this, I had absolutely no bowel movement’s. It also tastes absolutely disgusting. I tried it with just water but could barely get it down so I started using almond milk. Still gross, but manageable. While taking it I felt extremely energized!

This detox is incredible! To be honest, I really wasn’t excited about it before I started because it is requires a lot of dietary changes during the 7 days, but after experiencing the benefits of the detox, I knew I wanted to start doing it every 3-6 months. I’ve done it twice now and it has improved my mental focus, my sleep quality, and even eliminated my need for caffeine.

I just finished my week, this is not easy but i lost 7lbs in one week. My son is getting married next week and i am ready to look my best.
