Tried ever To hold my Sirius xm this worked perfectly to hold it in place. Way better that original product sent with my SiriusXm car player.

I saw all the negative reviews and decided to give this one a chance. Stuck perfectly to my textured dash.

This is one of many Scosche magnetic mounts that I have purchased for various cars and the first one to fail! I have read other reviews or this and other Schosche mounts that have stated the adhesive is too weak, and until now I had presumed that the owner had botched the installation. I like the size and shape of this particular mount so I am not going to return it, but instead will get some doublesided adhesive tape from Home Depot or Lowes and remount it with a stronger adhesive.I had followed the directions exactly - alcohol wipe for the surface and allowed to dry. Then, after removing the backing I held it in place for a couple of minutes. The surface itself should have been an ideal surface - a piano-black flat area of trim on the dash. The mount held up for a couple of days, but during a drive home, the mount and the phone (a Google Pixel 5) fell off, leaving the adhesive residue on the dash.I am very disappointed in this Scosche mount because I have had such postive experiences with them until now.

Works great until it eventually unsticks in a couple months. The tape sticks to the car dashboard surface great but not to the mount itself. Even tried a different 3M tape and restuck it with the same result. It's something about the material that it's made of i think because i cleaned and degreased it before application and it still unstuck after a month or so.

Ease of installation. Easy to use. I like it .

Like that it works just as it's supposed to and I installed it on the dash of my truck so I have somewhere to put my phone

The mounting plate adhesive is rather weak and fell off in the summer heat and i had to epoxy it back on. The magnetic part is very strong though even on rough roads.

Se despegó 2 veces del tablero del auto, sobretodo con. El calor, se desajusta y se afloja solo, de repente va bailando en los viajes, no soporta el peso de un celular grande, tuve que reutilizarlo en mi escritorio, perforándolo y atornillando lo a una madera. Triste en fin.

Este nuevo diseño de los modelos elite no funciona, antes podias ajustar la posicion con un balljoint y ahora no se puede, por el nuevo diseño no soporta el peso de mi celular y no se pega bien a la misma base que ellos incluyen , ya he comprado alrededor de 5 productos de esta marca pero no desperdicien su dinero en este modelo en especifico. Se ve muy bien en el tablero, compacto y buen pegamento, el único pequeño detalle es que no se puede mantener en posición, tiene una esfera que hace fricción que le permite girar y con el peso del celular, los topes y demás es una pesadillaTerminé quitándolo (con hilo dental)
