I've tried a few products over the years to get solid sleep but they were never as good as this product. I took two tabs then it was morning. Fast acting and no side effects

These are great. Melatonin doesn’t work for me and I have insomnia. I take 1-2 and can actually sleep all night. I don’t have any side effects and they don’t taste

Works great but gel caps stick to each other!
Product is amazing - Just one gel cap helps me sleep through the night. I just hope they find a way to prevent the gel caps from sticking to each other. You need to pull them apart and some tend to tear in the process.
