The box was open and the bottle was dirty. Clearly this had been used before.

Soft, light textures but strong fragrance. overall, little expensive but worth it.

The box it was sent in was broken. The item seemed either used or empty. If the pump had a stick to pump lotion out, it was not there. My other face shop lotions have the stick for pumping lotion out. Disappointed!
