great shelf-stable option!

I love Yuve! I've yet to find another brand that I trust like I do Yuve. The products are always vegan, they're usually in glass, and the customer service is wonderful. I ordered this probiotic to be taken at the same time as a Candida cleanse to prevent die-off.

Wanted to like these, but...

I was taking these while I was treating a yeast infection, and they didn’t seem to do anything. After I was healed, I kept feeling discomfort until I realized due to these being vegan they lacked the lactobacilli acidofilus that my usual probiotics had. After taking one of my old ones for just 1 day, the discomfort ceased. So I know everybody is different, but for me these did not work for my issues.

Not too great

I’m not sure if it’s doing any good as I am taking this for couple days now and I see no difference. But this causes headache for some reason even though I drink a lot of water. Also it comes in a plastic container which I’m not happy about.
