Very well designed for secure velcro attachment, comfort, even weight distribution and durability. I use it for leg lifts while lying on the floor; but I don't know how well it would work if I was in motion. MY PT guy uses the same brand, which is why I got it.

Great therapy aid
This is well made and the same as the one I used at my physical therapy. I bought so I could keep do exercises recommended by my therapist. It is easy to put on your ankle with the velcro fasteners.
