This is the perfect kit for routine guitar maintenance. The peg winder included is the best one I have ever used; it stays on the pegs well and doesn't hit adjacent pegs. The one thing missing is a socket driver, but I bought one separately and there was enough extra space in the case for it. Would highly recommend.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my guitarist husband, and he really appreciated it. He especially liked how complete it was (including the pen flashlight for low-light gigs), and the individual, labeled pockets for each type of guitar string.

This is a great item for the asking price, only thing is the flash light. Flash light does not work well. It doesn't turn or stay on when it works. When light is on, it gets dim and then shuts off.

Great guitar kit has lots of tools to change your strings and keep your guitar in good working condition. Has little pockets on side to keep extra strings which makes it easier to have everything in one place and organized . Zips up and comes in a nice case.

I purchased this kit to have an organized and efficient way of changing my guitar strings (electric and acoustic). I like that the tools are all organized in one pouch, there are slots for string set(s), so that you never have to worry about being unprepared for a guitar emergency (hence the name "gig" mate). I'm the kit, you get: Canvas Kit with elastic holders for individual tools Flashlight (batteries included, LED bright) Screwdriver Allen Wrenches String Winder Action Gauge (if you have an action preference, this is handy for making adjustments consistently) The one thing I did add, that was not included was a plastic bridge pin puller. I didn't want to subject my Taylor to poking and prodding to pull pins.

I recently purchased this kit, at the same time I was setting up the intonation on my Floyd Rose. The timing couldn't have been more perfect. All of the allen wrenches I needed were in the kit. Including one for adjusting the D-Tuna. Add in the truss rod hex for my Martin, some wire cutters, a string winder, and a flashlight, and you've got the perfect little guitar toolkit. Awesome!
