Product is as advertised. Good Customer service!
Product is advertised as coming with 4 spikes each, but the 8 I ordered only came with one spike each. RK Safety owed me 24 spikes. As soon as I contacted their shipping dept. they promised to have the missing spikes shipped to me in three to four days. Two days later, the spikes came in. My interaction with them has been pleasant and their product is excellent considering the price. I plan on ordering from this company again and recommending them.
