So Convenient and Easy to Use
Love this water cooler! The bottom-load feature makes changing bottles so easy, and I love having hot, cold, and room temperature options. It looks great and works perfectly for everyday use.

I really like it so far
I'm very happy with this purchase so far. It's a nice looking cooler that fit perfectly in the space I have. The temperature of the cold water is perfect for me although it may be too cold for some. I've only used the hot water once, for a cup of noodles, and it worked great and I'm looking forward to using it for hot tea this winter. The "room temperature" water is actually pretty cold, but it might be because I don't keep the hot water switched on unless I need it. If you want room temp water you can use the "hot water" with the heat turned off. The only issue that I've had so far is it can be a little noisy sometimes, but you can turn off both switches at night and it's perfectly quiet. I saw reviews that mentioned taller water bottles didn't fit under the machine so I bought the shorter of the 2 options that Walmart had and it fit fine (American Maid 5 gal) but I think there's plenty of space for the square stackable bottle they have. 09/18/24 - I've only had the machine a week and I'm aware of the other complaints I've seen others have. If I have any issues I'll be sure to update this review but so far it's all good. 10/07/2024 - After a month of use I'll still give this machine 5 stars but there are a couple of things that bug me. First is that the noise can get really annoying sometimes. It's okay when it's a consistent noise, but sometimes it's an inconsistent vibration and almost sounds like the machine is struggling. I have the machine close to my desk so I have to turn it off at times so I can get some work done. Luckily, the water stays cold for quite a while with the cold switch off. I turn it off at night and the water is still pretty cold when I grab a glass in the morning. The second thing that bothers me is the "water low" warning light. It's a really bright red flashing light that you can't turn off. No big deal unless you have the machine in your bedroom and only have one jug like I do. I have to unplug the machine to get any sleep. I'll probably have to void my warranty to disconnect this feature. 01/28/2025 - I've had the cooler for almost 5 months now and am still very happy with the purchase. No further issues other than the previously mentioned issues. I've used the hot water feature many times for tea and cocoa this winter and it works great. I live near one of the fires in LA and it was so nice to have this dispenser when we weren't able to drink our tap water. I can definitely say that I recommend this purchase and will update if I have any major issues in the coming months. 06/26/2025 - 9 Months in and no further issues with this machine. I figured out how to avoid the horrible red "empty" light without unplugging the machine. You can hear when the machine is sucking up air and if you open the door quickly enough, the empty light will not turn on. You just have to keep it open until you refill the jug.

Where do I start ?โฆ,
I was excited to get this , after unpacking it and reading the instructions and getting it setup- I was so disappointed when only the hot water worked , everything seemed to look good- I checked the manual again and still nothing happened, for 2 days I tried to get it to work properly- I went on YouTube and watched a video of how to unscrew the top and make sure the fittings are all aligned- this was the problem and it is was easy to fix, however I was about to send it back as many probably do. Save yourself the hassle - itโs a manufacturing problem and during shipping these pop out of place. I got it working and I love it. It looks sleek with no ugly water bottle showing- no leaks, no weird smells, the 5 gallon bottle is concealed and fits perfectly in the bottom and itโs easy to use. The water tastes great and I love the convenience of having instant hot or cold water .. it saves you money and itโs soo much easier to load than the old top loading ones.

Without a doubt, this is the best one I have had.
I spent about $300 on a fancy water cooler at Costco that made ice. Within two months I returned it. It was horrible. I looked on Amazon and found the Brio, and I am extremely happy with it. The water is very cold, has a fast flow, it is quiet, and there is no plastic taste like the one I returned. The Brio is high quality for a lower cost. I am very happy with this water cooler.

Recommend!
After 2 years of having this water dispenser, I can leave a well rounded review. Since my house has well water, for years we were buying gallons jugs/water bottles for fresh and safe drinking water, until Covid, when prices went up on everything. When I saw how much it was per gallon at a refill station versus what gallon jugs and 24 packs of water bottles were, this purchase was a no brainer. I like to save where I can! Like I mentioned, we have now had this for 2 years, and it still works great no issues. The cold water comes out colddd, room temp is usually even slightly chilled, and the hot came out piping when I had the setting on, but as extra precaution I just use that one as room temp too (I donโt have the heat button in the back on) because I can never be too careful with my littles. The empty light comes on when empty, itโs easy to insert and remove the jugs thank gosh, and it isnโt too loud when refilling or chilling the water. Would buy again, by far one of my best purchases.

THIS WAS AMAZING
I never had a water machine before and iโm impressed, the water runs perfectly smoothly and it looks really nice in the space that I had put it. It is honestly so much easier to drink more water throughout the day. I feel like I always forget to drink water because we usually have bottled water at home but this water machine makes me love how smooth the water comes and how refreshing it is. I would recommend this to anyone thatโs looking for a high quality option.

Horrible Button Design, No Door handle
I have to say that this is a really lazy design for the top buttons. The button has an internal arm that is supposed to fit into slot that it presses down to open the valve to dispense water. All three of those buttons were not in alignment in my cooler. Luckily one of them was barely working which inspired me to look it up on the internet and see if there was a fix, which there is because this poor design has affected lots of purchasers. To fix a non-working water button, take the top TWO (2) screws off the back of the case and lift off the top panel. Don't touch the other screws - you only need those two. You actually pull up and back to remove the top since it has a little lip in the front. Once you take it off you'll immediately be able to see the problem if you look down inside under the buttons. The arms have a little point at the end that needs to be in the chanel or slot of the valve. To get it back in there, you just push down the valve to get clearance and line them back up. The total fix took about 2 minutes. My cooler now works just fine after fixing these buttons. BUT - I ordered a new cooler when the pump broke on my last one (different brand) because I DIDN'T want to have to take it apart to fix it. Seriously, who thought this design was a good idea? There's no retainer at all to keep the button and valve lined up. I imagine you could knock it out of alignment again if you quickly pressed the button down several times in a row. Other than having to fix the buttons, my biggest complaint is that there is no handle to open the bottom door to place the water bottle. To open mine I have to pry it open with a butter knife. That's dumb. There should be a relief or edge you can grab. CONS: Poor quality control/design Lack of a Handle Too short of a space to fill modern water bottles PROS: Quiet! I mean it's like 80% more quiet than my last one. Puts out water that I tested to be 205 Degrees (212 is boiling at my altitude) Fills water rather quickly from all three temps, and you can use them at the same time Looks really nice in the kitchen and is easy to keep clean (including drip tray) Top buttons are better than front buttons because you don't tip the machine when you press them. This is an improvement to the water dispenser that my water company sold me. The lower noise level is a huge factor in me keeping it. The pump is quiet and the condenser is as well. I would happily have given this 5 stars if it had a door handle and working buttons.

Reliable, well designed and easy to use.
We bought this dispenser 2-1/2 years ago because lifting bottles to the top was becoming harder as we got older and we knew it would become impossible in time. It has performed flawlessly. It has been moved around many times. It is not light but I am 71 and can handle it OK. The hot water is great for tea, instant soups and is "sip-carefully" hot. The hot water button is also protected by a slide you need to hold back to use so the chances of an accidental burn are very slim. The cold water is almost icy. It has a handy bracket on the back to keep it the proper distance from walls and cabinets. It has a small red light to let you know the bottle needs changing. There is a hook inside the door to hold the cap while changing bottles and the whole process is very easy and straight-forward. The top of the dispenser is flat and a great place to put a supply of drinking glasses. If you remove the drip-catcher (just lift it out) you can fill a standing 9" water bottle. Taller containers can also be filled by tilting them under the spout. although wider containers may need to be held. We highly recommend this water dispenser.

Great to keep your family hydrated
Love this product. I like how you can get cold, room temp and hot water with just one appliance. It's also easy to change the jugs. My family stays well hydrated because of this.

Brio water dispenser
Yes, dispenser came well packaged, but a small dent in the door, which probably was due to a manufacturing error. When the compressor comes on, it is a little noisy, but not unbearable. I will still give this a five star rating.
